By using this website or booking a consultation through fitme.yoga, you agree to the following terms.
fitme.yoga provides yoga and lifestyle guidance for general wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, please consult a qualified doctor or physiotherapist before beginning any new physical practice, and continue to follow their guidance alongside ours.
You practice any routine, pose, or plan shared with you entirely at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist. We are not liable for injury resulting from practicing yoga or following lifestyle guidance provided through this site or our consultations.
Free consultations are offered to determine whether our approach is a good fit for you. Personalised plans are based on the information you share with us during your consultation — the accuracy and completeness of that information is your responsibility, and the quality of your plan depends on it.
Appointments are booked through Google Calendar's scheduling tool. Rescheduling or cancellation policies will be communicated to you directly at the time of booking or via Telegram.
All content on this site — including our logo, brand materials, written content, and any custom plans provided to you — belongs to fitme.yoga and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent via Telegram.
Note: This is a general-purpose terms template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Since your services touch on physical practice and health-adjacent guidance, we'd recommend a legal professional review these terms — particularly the liability/disclaimer section — before you rely on them.
